Human Resources

The Human Resource Department is committed to the formulation and implementation of HR policies that ensure achievement of KSB Human Resource objectives.

Quality Objectives

  • Annually determine requisite skills and competencies and ensure optimal staff levels to meet the organization’s objectives.
  • Annually design and implement effective staff welfare programmes that will motivate and retain the workforce.
  • Annually conduct training needs analysis, develop and implement training programmes to enhance staff competencies.
  • Annually analyse and consolidate staff appraisal to determine performance and ensure commensurate reward and compensation.

Structure

Human Resource Manager: The HRM reports to the Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for formulating, reviewing and implementing the human resource management policies that will attract, develop and retain optimum and competent staff level in KSB.

Training and Development Unit: This unit reports to the HRM. The unit is responsible for designing and developing training programs and facilitate training for the industry.

Human Resource Services Unit: This unit is reports to the HRM. It is responsible for the Medical welfare of the employees.
