 Interested eligible firms may obtain further information from the office of the Purchasing Officer, Kenya Sugar Board, and P.O. Box 51500-00200 Nairobi. Tel (+2542), 8018751-2, 0722203127/8,    0733333378/9 

Firms interested in being considered should collect tender documents as follows;

a)        For Insurance Brokerage Services, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00.

c)        For Prequalification, upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs.1, 000.00 per set of documents,

            From the office of the Purchasing Officer, Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters, Sukari Plaza, Upper Kabete off Waiyaki Way during working hours, i.e. Monday to Friday between 8.00 am – 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m.- 5.00 p.m.

Completed Tender Documents should be deposited in the Tender box situated at the reception of Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters on or before Friday, 31st   May, 2013 at 11.00 a.m. Bulky tender documents, which cannot go through the slot of the Tender box, should be delivered to the office of the Purchasing Officer, Ground Floor before the above stipulated date and time.

Tenders will be opened at 11.20 a.m. local time, on Friday, 31st   May, 2013 at the KSB Boardroom. Tenderers or their authorized representatives may attend the tender opening.

 Late tenders shall be rejected.
